If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged. With all cancellations we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation and if we are successful a partial refund may be made at our discretion.
In the event that your trip is fully or partially cancelled due to COVID related restrictions imposed you will be offered a full refund or can re-book for a later date as per your preference. For bookings made through a third party booking agency, we can only refund an amount equal to the payment we receive.
